Refund Policy for Online Webinar/Workshops on Digital Platform
Online webinar/workshop is conducted via Applications like Zoom, etc. and it is not refundable.
If the Participant is not able to attend the workshop, the Participant must share the details in writing at least 4 hours before the start of the workshop. Any request after that will be not entertained.
The Participant who informs us in writing about the inability to attend webinar/workshop will be transferred to next Scheduled webinar/workshop and Participant must attend the next Scheduled webinar/workshop after that participant won’t be able to transfer to next batch.
For a refund participant must inform and write email to mohit@mohitks.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
